Monitoring parameters
The CardioCap 5’s monitoring capabilities can include:
- ECG: 3- or 5-lead monitoring with ST segment analysis, with a heart rate range of 30 to 250 bpm.
- Non-Invasive Blood Pressure (NIBP): Measures blood pressure in adult, pediatric, and infant patients.
- Pulse Oximetry (SpO₂): Standard, enhanced, or Nellcor-compatible pulse oximetry for monitoring oxygen saturation.
- Temperature: A single temperature channel is standard, with an optional second channel.
- Impedance Respiration: Measures respiration rate via ECG electrodes.
- Airway Gases (Optional): Measures carbon dioxide (CO₂), nitrous oxide (N₂O), oxygen (O₂), and anesthetic agents, with automatic agent identification.
- Patient Spirometry (Optional): Measures flow, tidal volume, airway pressure, and resistance.
- Invasive Blood Pressure (Optional): Supports up to two channels of invasive blood pressure monitoring.
