Prodim Proliner 8CS Measurement Digital Templating System

The Prodim Proliner 8CS is a portable digital measuring and templating system designed for quickly, easily, and accurately measuring and digitizing objects on the jobsite. The system uses advanced wire technology that allows for the measurement of intricate, curved, and complex details, then instantly converts that data into a digital CAD file (DXF).

Proliner 8CS Key Features:

2D/3D Measurement: The unit can measure in two or three dimensions, and can be upgraded to full 3D functionality.

Standalone System: The Proliner 8CS does not require an external computer and has integrated CAD software.

This allows users to instantly check dimensions and edit drawings on-site using the 10-inch touchscreen.

Wire Technology: The system uses a rotating measuring head and a retractable wire to mark relevant points. These points are then converted into a CAD file.

Portable and Rugged: Designed for tough work conditions, the unit is lightweight (approximately 10 kg) and compact, making it easy to transport to any location.

Leapfrog Function: This feature allows users to measure areas larger than the device’s normal range by moving the Proliner to a new position and connecting the measurements.

Instant digital output: Users can instantly download measurement results to a USB stick for use in production, such as operating CNC machines.

This model measures in 3D and manufactured in 2010. The rechargeable batteries as well as the power supply via cable makes it very flexible to work with. This totally self contained unit weights only 10 kg and has a foldable measuring head for optimal protection during transport. The Proliner has a adjustable beep-volume. In the two storage boxes you can save two batteries, scanners and even a digital camera. The length of the wire is 7,5 meter with a diameter of 15 meters. With the extensive integrated CAD software you can easily complete your drawings on the job site and download it directly to a USB stick. The output is in DXF, CCD and TXT.
